Dr. Carrie Register-Haley is the Founder and CEO of Revelation of Investment Coaching (roi-coaching.com) in Alexandria, VA. She is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Her niche is Executive and Leadership Development Coaching and her approach is rooted in re-energizing, re-empowering and rediscovering a passion for what you want to accomplish. Dr. Haley aids clients in realizing their personal and

organizational objectives. Her intuitive listening skills, coupled with her ability to ask powerful clarity seeking questions helps client discover their own solutions.

Certified Core-Strength Deployment Inventory Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence EQ-I Certified, 5 Languages of Appreciation Facilitator, Black Belt-Lean Six Sigma, and a graduate from Federal Executive Institute. Additionally, she has obtained certifications in diversity and

Inclusion Human Relations, High Performance Leadership and Leading Change from Cornell University. Currently enrolled in Women’s Studies Graduate Certificate Program, at Howard University.

Dr. Haley served nearly 21 years on active duty in the US Army before retiring as a Personnel Chief Warrant Officer Three. She continued her service to our nation in positions at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Defense Logics Agency (DLA) as Director in Military

Human Resources and U. S. Citizen Immigration Services (USCIS), OIT Special Assistant Organizational Development and more than 16 years. Dr. Haley also serves as a mentor coach and facilitator at the Treasury Executive Institute and Internal Revenue Service. 

Dr. Haley is the author of The Best Investment is Within One’s Self 2nd Edition available on Amazon. She has also presented workshops on team-building, customer service and empowerment to the United States Army Wounded Warriors Annual Training Session, Federal Employee Women (FEW), Department of Commerce, Department of Justice. In the community she serves as a key committee member for Fairfax County, Black Mental Health: Safe Place to Dig Deep; National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Northern Virginia Chapter, Past Health Committee Chair; member of the Fairfax, County Consolidated Community Funding Pool Selection Advisory Committee for the FY2023-2024, Heart to Serve Ministry, Alfred Street Baptist Church and currently the Health Care Ambassador position with the Buffy Foundation. Each opportunity has allowed her to experience a deeper appreciation for holistic self-discovery and Executive Leadership Empowerment Coaching.
